Sponsorship Programs
Guiding and supporting young Egyptian medical professionals pursuing training and research opportunities in the United States.
When EAMA's founder Dr. Alshafie was applying for residency in the United States as a foreign applicant, he experienced first hand the complicated application process, and struggled to understand the different exams and requirements that were needed. The goal of the sponsorship program is to provide a network of established Egyptian American medical professionals to support the training and research endeavors of young Egyptian medical professionals in the United States.
The EAMA Sponsorship Program was created to guide and support young Egyptian medical professionals pursuing training and research opportunities in the United States. Through mentorship, academic and financial assistance, and professional networking, the program helps applicants navigate exams, residency applications, and research opportunities.
Our sponsorship programs are available for Egyptian nationals or those of Egyptian descent. Please note that the number of sponsorship spots varies each year.
