Dr. Ahmed Fadil
Dr. Ahmed Fadil is the Medical Director of Northeast Insomnia and Sleep Medicine Center in Staten Island with over 25 years of experience in critical care and sleep medicine. He is a clinical associate professor at Robertwood Johnson-Rutgers Medical School.
Dr. Fadil is a graduate from Cairo University School of Medicine with honors in 1988. He completed his residency at Pennsylvania State University for Internal medicine and served as Chief Medical Resident. He subsequently attended the University of Texas Pulmonary-Critical Care and Sleep Fellowship program where he also served as Chief Fellow and graduated in 1998. Dr. Fadil has presented multiple abstracts and publications in the field of Critical care and Sleep Medicine in US, China, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Egypt.
Dr. Fadil has led multiple medical societies in the past. He has served as the President of Arab American
Medical Association for the state of Texas in 2002. He also served as president of the Egyptian American Medical Society 2010. Dr. Fadil was elected by American Thoracic Society to be part of People to People Ambassador to China and Mongolia 2004 and Lectured in both Countries. Dr. Fadil currently serves as the vice president of Egyptian American Medical Association.
