Dr. Adel Ibrahim
Dr Adel Ibrahim is a graduate from Mansourah University School of Medicine. He was appointed as faculty at Masoura University Hospital between 1980-1985 after which traveled to the United States for his PhD in biophysics at SUNY New York. Dr. Ibrahim subsequently completed an internal Medicine residency at SUNY New York then fellowship training in hematology, oncology and bone marrow transplant at SUNY new work and LITCH from 1992-1995. He served as full-time medical attending at Meridian Health system since 1996 to date in the department of medicine. He also sees patients at River View Medical Center, Bayshore Community Hospital and sees private patients under LMA private practice.
Dr. Ibrahim has a personal interest in hematologist malignancies and risk stratification of malignant disease especially multiple myeloma.
Dr Ibrahim is the head of the sponsorship committee of the Egyptian American Medical Association. He also serves as the treasure secretary and is a board member at National Arab American Medical Association since year 2010. Dr. Ibrahim is married and has two children.
